Salary: Up to c.£25k pro rata (Dependent on Experience) 

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday with flexibility required for occasional weekends

The PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) sector is thriving and our client is currently looking for an immediately available hands on Assistant Manager to join their team at their impressive site in Leeds on a fixed term contract for c.3 months (Possible extensions may be available beyond this point).

Candidates with experience in student accommodation, hotels/hospitality, leisure and serviced apartments will all be considered.

You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the building and operations team, to oversee every aspect of the day to day management of the accommodation and associated services.

Role Outline:

Oversee hospitality & customer service functions to include maintenance, presentation of communal areas, attendance at meetings and reporting relating to lettings, rent, site issues & H&S on site

General site/building management to include relationship building, ensuring best practice at all times, handling student complaints, scheduling and management of trades, wardens and support services plus supporting the site Manager regarding H&S, Data Protection & current Legislation.

This is a fixed term contract for c.3 months.
