Property Manager/CSA (Residential)
Hybrid working - 2 days at home + 3 days in office (Crawley)
Up to £35k depending on experience + Great Benefits
EMBS Property are currently supporting a client operating within the residential/build to rent space to recruit a Property Manager/CSA. To be considered for this role experience in a similar role in Property Management, Student Accommodation or Hotels is required.
In this role you would be the key point of contact for c.1,000 residents for questions, queries and complaints relating to maintenance, service and rent payments. You will coordinate the sourcing of contractors for in-apartment works, along with arranging appointments, raising POs and approving invoices for payment. The role will be required to deliver the highest levels of customer service to ensure residents have the best experience.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Carrying out tenancy administration tasks
Handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email
Schedule and manage all incoming maintenance requests, allocating jobs to the relevant on-site Technician, External Contractor or Block Manager
Preparing tenancy agreements and move ins and move outs
Assist in financial management tasks
Review all Out of Hours calls from the previous night and follow up as appropriate
Be responsible for communication to residents
Manage central stock levels of parts and replacement items
